Family Care Safety Registry
The Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) provides families and employers with a method to obtain background screening information. The FCSR is administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).

The purpose of the Conflict of Interest Policy is to protect Operation Breakthrough, Inc.'s interest when it is contemplating entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an officer or director of Operation Breakthrough, Inc.

Certain federal laws prohibit the destruction of certain documents. Not-for-profit organizations should have a written, mandatory document retention and periodic destruction policy. Policies such as this will eliminate accidental or innocent destruction.
