The Missouri Children's Trust Fund supports Operation Breakthrough. Help prevent child abuse by displaying the official Children's Trust Fund license plate on your vehicle.

Operation Breakthrough is a Jackson County COMBAT provider. COMBAT distributes funds to agencies that provide drug and violence prevention and treatment services, helping to make our communities safer places in which to live.

Operation Breakthrough receives diapers from Happy Bottom's. Their mission is working with partners to provide diapers to low-income families through donations, both financial and in-kind, and conducting diaper drives while raising awareness of the need for diapers for low-income families. 

Blessings Abound splits proceeds from its resale stores among multiple area charities including Operation Breakthrough. The monthly donation we receive from Blessings Abound provides major support education for children 0 to 18. 

Every month, we receive human dignity/hygiene products from Giving the Basics to our families through our food pantry. These important items—such as toilet paper, feminine supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste—are necessities of life, but are not able to be purchased with SNAP/food stamp benefits. We appreciate their support. 

The Children's Services Fund supports the mental health and social-emotional well-being of children and youth who attend Operation Breakthrough and serve as a champion for children and their families across Jackson County.

Swope Health Kid's Care at Operation Breakthrough in partnership with Swope KidsCare, our children are provided cleanings and preventative care in our on-site dental clinic. 

Pete's Garden collects food from caterers, restaurants, and food service operations. They package and donate take-home family dinners for our families here at Operation Breakthrough.
