Donating Goods
Operation Breakthrough graciously accepts donations that are used to help our families meet the basic needs for food, hygiene items, children's books, gently used children's clothing. If requested, Operation Breakthrough will provide a tax receipt to the donor, listing the items donated and the date. Operation Breakthrough will not assign a value to the donated goods.
Donated goods are accepted between 9 a.m. and Noon and between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday ONLY at the back dock of Corita's Place, which is our newer building on the west side of Troost. The dock is located behind Corita's Place on Harrison Street, which is one block north of 31st St. Pull up to the back dock and someone will assist you. If you do not get a response, call the main number 816-756-3511 to let them know you are at the dock to drop off a donation. Please DO NOT leave items on the dock after 5 p.m. or on weekends.

Amazon Wish List
All classrooms and departments post needs/wishes on the Operation Breakthrough general wish list on Amazon. Items on it can be purchased anywhere. The list is just a guide for people to see the types of items we need. Click here for a link to the Amazon wish list.
If you purchase anything from Amazon, they will donate 05% of all your purchases to Operation Breakthrough when you sign up to support our children. All you have to do is sign in at smile.amazon.com. Then type "Operation Breakthrough Kansas City," and you are ready to shop as usual. Operation Breakthrough will get a check, and you'll get the satisfaction of knowing you helped a child in need.
Thank you for helping us care for our children and their families!
