OB parent quoted in article about the lack of affordable early learning in Missouri

Sosha Chaney, an Operation Breakthrough parent, has experienced the struggle of finding accessible childcare for her two oldest children. Sosha found relief here at Operation Breakthrough, but because of limited options and high costs, many Missouri parents aren’t so fortunate, especially as they look for quality early learning programs.
