It is a national program that promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.

Operation Breakthrough receives diapers from Happy Bottom's. Their mission is working with partners to provide diapers to low-income families through donations, both financial and in-kind, and conducting diaper drives while raising awareness of the need for diapers for low-income families. Every month, Operation Breakthrough receives human dignity/hygiene products from Giving the Basics. to distribute to our families through our food pantry. These important items - such as toilet paper, feminine supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste - are necessities of life, but are not able to be purchased with SNAP/food stamp benefits.
